Email newsletter template refresh to increase click rate. The new design (far right) coordinates more with the current look of the Simply Yoga website to increase brand continuity, awareness and recognition. The overall template was changed to a one column format to be more mobile friendly and readable on smartphones, as well as links to phone number to call and address to map it. A large button was highlighted in the header for the important call to action "Class Sign Up," as well as many additional clicks boldly highlighted throughout the newsletter. A second mid-month newsletter template was also generated for other announcements.
In the previous 6 months the average click rate for the emails was 4.2%, after the redesign the average click rate for the first 2 email campaigns increased to 13.7%.
